Acrylic paint was something I played with as a child since my artist mother used it.  I began again to use acrylics when I created my first adult mural in Tuscany, Italy, in 2012.  I find that my paintings look a little bit different with acrylics, in part because the colors in the tubes are different, in part because the paint dries so quickly.  And yet, I am curious about the longevity and safety of acrylic paint.  Have a look around and see if you note any differences from my oil paintings.
