For those romantics who love traditions, the traditional gift for the 8th anniversary of marriage is bronze. This piece was originally commissioned by a sweet husband who wanted something personal for his dear wife. Hence, he called me.
I created this design using the mathematical symbol for Infinity. But you may note that the symbol is similar to the number 8 lying on its side. I wanted to show a couple supporting and loving, intertwined.
Here is Jim in Austin, Texas, USA. We met to transfer my new bronze design to him. We personalized his bas-relief sculpture by adding a leaf design that he had commissioned the ring maker to add to the wedding band he presented to his bride. He and his wife really enjoyed this eighth anniversary wedding gift in BRONZE.
