     I painted these vegetables from live models. Oh, those radishes! They started to crack after such a short time. The old barrel I found in an antique shop in Florence, Italy, acts like a cornucopia in this classic still life painting composition. Also included is an artichoke and two potatoes, artwork for your favorite foodie or cook, painted in a vintage style painting called tenebrism (light emerging from a dark background) and will make some lovely wall decor for your kitchen or dining room. Great housewarming gift, too!

Reproduction on fine Italian paper with a little bit of white border, unframed. (The word "Print" will not appear on the print.) Each version is printed on quality Italian paper.

FRAMING TIPS:
I recommend framing behind a non-glare glass, with a mat, and simple frame.
The color of the mat and frame should go with the color of the print. A white mat gives a traditional, classically clean look.
For black and white images, I recommend the traditional look of a white or slightly off-white wide mat with a simple black frame (and non-reflective glass if possible).

Care for your print just as you would any work on paper:
do not display in direct sun and protect from humidity. The framer should attach the print to the support ONLY on the TOP edge, allowing the paper to hang freely behind the mat. That freedom allows the paper to respond well to most levels of changing humidity.
