La Giostra (The Carousel):
22 x 16 inches, plus a white border
This print is one of the current Italy-inspired series, specifically of Florence. 'La Giostra' is Italian for "merry-go-round" or "carousel." This carousel features a moon-shaped carriage, a carousel pony, and even a bouquet of flowers. It resides in Piazza della Repubblica in historic Firenze. I replaced the existing female portrait with a male figure, borrowed from Michelangelo, as a nod to one of the most famous offspring from the Renaissance City.
"La Giostra" is a print of the original pastel and charcoal drawing on light brown Roma-brand paper. The image area is as listed and the white border is around the image, making the print a wee bit larger. Each fine art reproduction is printed on quality fine art paper.
(The word "Print" will not appear on the image.)

Framing Tips:
I recommend framing behind a non-glare glass, with a mat, and simple frame. The color of the mat and frame should go with the color of the print. Care for your print just as you would any work on paper: do not display in direct sun and protect from humidity. The framer should attach the print to the support ONLY on the TOP edge, allowing the paper to hang freely behind the mat. That freedom allows the paper to respond well to most levels of changing humidity.
